Sleep Your Way to the Top

Do you want more energy and focus to tackle your toughest problems?  Perhaps you'd like greater stamina or the ability to be cool under pressure?  Well I can promise you all these outcomes and more if you just focus on one thing: sleep.

Sleep has a bigger impact on your day than what you eat or how you exercise.  Going for a 3 mile run and eating a protein rich breakfast is a great way to start your day.  But those activities won't make much of a difference if you only slept 4 hours the night before.

So what's the key to a great night’s sleep?  It's consistency.  Going to bed and waking up at a regular time.  And not just on weekdays.  Keeping your sleep consistent over the weekend will have a big impact come Monday morning.

So pick a time and stick with it.  Your body and mind will thank you later.
