Never Hit Snooze Again (or How to Wake Up and Get Going)

Hitting snooze on your morning alarm is one of the worst things you can do to start your day.  It's not just because you've shortened the amount of time you have in your day.  But by going back to bed for 10 minutes, your body will actually feel more groggy and tired than when the initial alarm sounded.

So here is a simple way to reduce your chances of hitting the snooze button ever again:

Place your alarm 5 feet away from your bed.

That's it.  Pretty simple, right?  Whether you use your phone, tablet, or a traditional alarm clock, just put it at least 5 feet away from your bed.  Then when the alarm goes off, you will have to get up out of bed to turn it off.  And by getting up on your two feet, you are that much closer to starting your morning and will resist the urge to crawl back into bed.

So stopping waking up later and more tired than you need to. Place your alarm 5 feet away from your bed and start the day off right.
