Fuel Up and Eat a Real Breakfast

Do you want to get ahead of the competition?  Then eat a real breakfast.  I don't mean a coffee and a doughnut.  I don't mean a smoothie or a shake. I mean a real, tangible, need to use cutlery to eat breakfast.

Sure, just by eating something you're already ahead of many people.  But your body and mind need real fuel to ensure a productive day.  I'm talking fresh fruits, whole grains, and proteins like eggs or beans.  Food that will give you energy now and for the next five hours.
 
A big healthy breakfast improves your short term memory and concentration.  It also reduces your chances of becoming obese.  That's right.  People who eat breakfast tend to be less hungry throughout the rest of the day.

So grab a plate (not just a napkin) and make yourself a good healthy breakfast.  Your mind and body will thank you later.
